Help!!!

Hello

I've just joined as I have been trying to lose weight for my holiday in 10 weeks time and I am having no joy whatsoever. I am not overweight I am 5"4 and weigh 8 1/2 stone but I want to lose a few pounds before I go away. I used to weigh about 8 stone 2 and felt really good so ideally I want to get back down to that.

I have been going to the gym atleast three times a week doing atleast 45 mins cardio plus weights and various classes. I don't eat alot anyway but I have been cutting down on snacks etc and still no joy!

Does anyone have any suggestions?? I know I don't have alot to lose but I am determined.

The exercise sounds good... Give me your height, age and weight in lbs, and we can work out how much you should be eating. It's entirely possible that you are eating too little and your body is choosing to store the food because it is starving...

But give me the details, and I'll walk you through the process :)

I'm approx 5ft4inches which is about 164cm, my weight is 123pounds and I am 24!

On weekdays I normally eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, lunch is a few crackers and a yoghurt and tea is normally something small like a wrap or sandwich, this can vary though I do normally eat my largest meal in the evening before 8pm.
