Hi!
SO where do I start? I've only just joined the site but I have been trying to lose weight for the last 6 weeks. How do you get a diary started? I want to start writing down my mission. The main facts about me are I am in desperate need of support as I have minimal. Im 21 and have just become a new mum. I do however weigh less now that I did when I got pregnant so It's not baby weight I am losing it's emotional eating all my life weight... I don't do that anymore, finally! anyway I would love some support & would love to motivate others too, so please somehow teach me how to use this site :p

You may want to read the stickied threads (first posts of each link.. "sticky") on how to navigate the site and such. There's a ton of advice on how to get started (for 'newbies'). Good luck with your weight loss journey.
