Help!!

I have been working out consistantly for the past 3 years, I have lost 25-30 pounds, but now have reached a platue and can't lose any more. Should I do more weights vs. less cardio, eat more protein vs. less carbs, circuit training vs. individual muscle groups? I would like to lose 10 - 15 more pounds.

can i be nosey and ask what was your starting weight and how much you weigh now? oh and your height too.

and your daily caloric intake?
 
lol... and your birthdate, and credit card number, and the times you use the bathroom a day... :p just kidding!
 
Your body is bored with your routine, change it up. If you lift weights your routine should change every 8 weeks. Whatever you do, do not cut protein. It would be nice to know what your diet consisist of, such as how much fat, carbs, protein daily. And how much cardio vs weightlifting do you do. lol not enough info to help ya at all, sorry.
