Help...

My wedding date is June 9th. 07... I've put on some weight since a month or two again and I'm scared that I'm going to keep gaining and I really don't want to be a fat bride! I'm really picky so it's hard for me to actually eat healthy and my time is very limited because of school, clubs, and work... The only time I could work out is from 1-4. I don't want to do something that isn't going to show any results which is usually what happens because I don't think its doing any good and then I quit. I can't do vigourous(s/p?) because of a cartilage thats inflamed between my ribs... I don't eat eggs and I'm picky about texture... Is there any hope for me?

Sure - check with your doctor to see what exercises you should/shouldn't be doing on account of your injury. Also seeing a nutritionist wouldn't hurt either.

Decide which is more important: your health and physical appearance, or 'yucky' foods you don't like.

Diet is key to fat loss, as is weight training and cardio. cardio can be 20-30 mins 2-3 times a week. Stick to low impact like eliptical and bike machines, maybe stairmaster, but no jogging.
weights - full body workouts 3 days a week, freeweights, 8 reps a set, and stick to bench press, military press, pull ups (or lat pull downs), bent over barbell or dumbell rows, squats, deadlifts.

and above all, eat right. why don't you eat eggs? eat cottage cheese, chicken breast, tuna, salmon, lean steak, eggs, natural cheese in moderation...lots of veggies, some fruit, no bread!, no pasta!, basically no processed carbs.

I don't eat eggs because they tend to come back up just as easy as they go down... Do you have any suggestions with something that I can take to school that doesn't need to be refrigerated/warmed up?

you can check the recipes section for my protein waffle recipe. they'll keep for a few hours without being kept cold. or get yourself a small cooler or one of those insulated lunch bags and a little blue ice pack.
