I've been working out 5 days a week for a month now. I'm not weighing myself, because I feel like its discouraging when I don't see the results I want.

Basically I do 35 minutes of some sort of cardio; running, elliptical, cycling, etc...I switch it up everyday. I also do hour long kick boxing and cycling classes. After cardio I do different types of lifting depending on the day. Mondays are arms, tues legs and so on...

I'm wanting to lose about 35lbs. I just feel like I've not lost anything. I def feel 100 time more in shape and can run 2 miles, which I for sure couldnt do before.

How long will it take before I see results? I mean I feel better but I dont feel like I've lost a ton of weight.

Your working really hard, thats awesome.
It may be discouraging to see numbers on a scale, but I find it really encouraging when the results are good, and with a work out plan like that, and healthy eating you will see wicked results!

Thanks, I hope so! After high school I stopped playing sports and gained some weight, I'm not obese, but I'm bigger than I was.
I've been working on eating better, being a college student it can be challenging at times, But I HAVE changed my diet (no more late night eating thats for sure). But there are times during the week where I have had two pieces of pizza for dinner, which probably set me back.

how long does it normally take to see results? I guess my stomach flattened some.

I've lost 64 pounds in almost 4 months, and I still can't see a diffrence in myself.

It's hard when you see yourself so much, but your results depends on you. Just keep up with healthy eating and working out.

What do your meals look like on a non cheat day? I cheat a little here and there too, but I guess its all about balance.
