Help with training

Hi
My son is 13 years old and as just started MMA and would like a workout that he could do at home. He trains on Monday and Thursday, So basicaly iam looking for a workout programe for him as a beginer to MMA. We have a weight bench with barbell and dumb bells, Exercise bike, focus pads and a kick pad handy, so if posible would like to make use of these. Thanks for your time and advice.

Thanks for the fast reply, forgot to say he as been playing football and rugby since the age of 5. He wanted a change and as been on about doing a combat based sport for a year or so now, thanks again for the fast reply.
