Hey my friend is about 260 lbs, and is pretty strong already. He's trying to tone down massively. He has 15lb weights at his house which I know is too little. He curls them at about 150-200 reps, 1 set. How bad is this really? I was suggesting to increase the weight to something he can do about 12-14 reps of, for 3, maybe more with different grips. Just want an imput whether or not the advice i'm giving him is accurate, and how bad 150-200 reps really is for you. Thanks
