Help- With the last Stone

Hiya Guys,

I am currently trying to get myself into shape finally as i am going on holiday in december.

I have been trying to lose weight since May and i have manage 1 stone but i have put on and lost again that time!! Im now stuck @ 11 stone and want to lose another stone to get to 10 Stone.

I go to gym 3/4times a week and i do cardio, Swimming and i also go to the classes.

I have 3 meals a day which are healthy and 2 pieces of fruit to snack on.

I have come to a complete standstill with losing the weight and i do know what to try now!!!

I suggest that you get a free account on - set up your profile and log both your food and activity.

That way you can monitor your calorie balance to ensure that the calorie size of your meals have not crept and are still on target for weight loss.

You should check the nutritional content of your diet - checking not only calories but such things as protein, fibre, healthy fats, calcium. Make sure that you check your sodium too - keep it under 2400mg as that can cause water retention if too high.
