Help with minor stomach fat loss for a 15 year old.

I'm 15 and I am not inactive, however I would not say I'm too active. I do Parkour on Saturdays, and have sports for 80mins on 2 days a week, other than Saturday which is 160mins.
I am not fat, and not really overweight, but I would like to lose some body fat over my core section and the area just over my hips(sides of stomach).

I was just looking for some help with this, such as ideas toward certain excercises which might be more effective, as well as what to eat such as more Protein or less Carbs and such

I've had trouble with this and not been able to monitor weight loss because I'm really small (I'm a little fat for my size, as well as being really weak(bench 40-50) and I cant monitor it because im groing enough that in the time it takes to distinguish between weight loss and not having a full stomach, I will have grow enough to way more.
