Hey guys, i was just wondering if it would be bad if i was to have the same type of food everyday on workout/non workout days?

for example after i finished gym and had 3-5 eggs and 2 cans of tuna.

When losing weight/on a cutting regimen you often end up eating the same foods regularly. If you do-and are wanting a change, simply look at different ways of flavoring the foods you eat, or change the way you prepare the food.

Did you eat 3-5 whole eggs AND the tuna after the gym? That sounds like a lot of fat from the yolks and also why eat both eggs and tuna? either on their own would be sufficient (well maybe 6 eggs, 5 whites and one whole egg). You'd be better off having the whites 30 mins before training and the tuna post workout with some vegetables, like broccoli and sweet peppers.
