One summer, my sister decided to start working out, even thought she was the correct weight for her height. She was 5'8" tall and weighed 135#. She wore a size 8. Her body looked amazing. She started lifting weights to get strong. By the end of the summer, she had gained 30#, weighing in at 165#, yet she still wore a size 8. Why? Because she lost the fat and replaced it with muscle. My point. The scale does not really mean that much. If your clothes are looser, you are heading in the right direction.
