over the past three weeks I have decided to lose weight and my biggest hill to climb was cutting down on my drinking, I wouldnt say I had a problem it was more of a habit, three weeks ago I was drinking between 60-70 units of alchol per week, now over the past three weeks I have cut that down to 20 units per week, which is good news but I have put on 7 pounds since cutting down??, my eating habits are the same and have started cardio workout at my local gym.....whats going on??....."HELP"
