I am a 22 years girl. My body is not fit. I am very weak.I have not enough knowledge of that issue. Now day by day I am hopeless about my health. Can you guys help me how to improve my body condition?
 
Hi Amelia and welcome. I saw your post yesterday but didn´t feel qualified to respond because I have no kids. Maybe we´ll have more luck this time :) What is your exact health problem:
- do you feel weak as in tired?
- do you lack the muscle strength to master everyday tasks (like walking up the stairs a couple of times or lifting your baby regularly)
- do you get out of breath easily?
- do you think your underweight/overweight?
The ways to "fix" those things can be very different but in each case getting enough sleep is an important part. Which I imagine is hard when you have a young child. Have you talked to your doctor about your problems and worries?
Have an internet hug (if you need one) :grouphug: and know that you´re not alone. It´s HARD sometimes. If there´s anything we can do to help from behind our keyboards we´ll do our best.
