Hello all,
My names Desmond and I am an 18 year old male. I would appreciate for any help anybody can give me to help me lose weight and become a little bit fitter. I am about 6'1" and weigh about 100 Kg (220 lbs)and looking to drop about 10 KG in fat ut don't mind exchanging that into muscle. I am not obese, I have a large frame and actually do have really thick bones, but i do have a little bit of stomach fat which annoys me.
I am not looking to lose a lot of weight but just down to a size that I'm comfortable with.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me like a little program of like running, weights, exercise etc... just to get me started and fit for next years rugby season and comfortable with my body.
Also diet plans would help as I am a bad eater and don't really know what's good and what's not.
I've looked around the internet to try and find plans or programs and what not but they all seem to be for overly obese people or people that are in a hurry to lose weight.
I'm not trying to look like a body builder. LOL
Any help what so ever would be greatly appreciated.
