Help please

Hi I would like to introduce myself my name is Jada I have been struggling most of my life to feel comfortable in the skin I am in! I have had times in my life where I was not where I wanted to be but felt I looked decent where I was..To make a long story short I have been on every diet WW, La weight loss, Atkins, South Beach, Phen pills you name it!!! Now I need a quick fix I have been planning this cruise for 6 mos and it seems as if my anticipation has only led me to gain a additional 10 pds anyway I leave in 3 weeks I know how bad this is but I need a quick fix fast I need to be at least 20 pds lighter can some one help me please I dont want to ruin this vacay feeling like a whale and 20 pds will help me at least feel ok...I thought of starving myself but that does not any ideas????

There is 100% no way you're going to be 20 lbs lighter in 3 weeks unless you quit eating. I'm sorry ... I don't mean to be harsh, but that's the truth.

If you had actually started eating healthy and getting some exercise 6 months ago, you could have dropped the 20lbs and even more. But at this point, the most you can hope for IF YOU'RE WILLING TO BE VERY STRICT with your food and exercise ... is probably about 6lbs (depending on what you weigh now of course).
