Ok, Hi.
I am 13, about 5'4" or 5'5" and 133-135 pounds.
My grade 8 grad is in about 4 months.
I would like to get nice and fit for it.
So a couple days ago I started a workout and did it for 3 days and then said stuff like 'my legs hurt' and making excuses.
So, if anybody could make me an aerobic exercise plan that would be greatly appreciated, I have a treadmill and I can run a 6:30 mile.
Or 2.5k in 10:30.
Oh, and I need help on how to stay motivated.
And maybe how to resist the temptation to eat, and maybe a good diet for my age group?
Oh and I play basketball, I have practice 3 times a week and 2 games twice a week so that would help me also lose weight, I have very good cardio, but would have even better if I lost weight.
Please help.
I would like to be around 105-110. I think that would be a good weight for me.
And my treadmill goes in miles.
