Help, Please

Im 18 years old, and currently weight around 240-248, I want to lose weight fast, but dont know were to begin. I have Hardly no energy to do anything, My school year ends in 2 weeks, but i want to lose around 50 lbs.

I got man breasts, big stomich, etc. I want to Slim down and look/feel good about my body, Witch i dont as of right now..

My meals are not what you call meals.. For Brefest i hardly eat anything, At luck(school) i have a small bag of chips, and usally i find anything to eat for denner.

I cut down on my mountain dew"witch is killing me, I miss my pop" And drinking Water. Some times when i feel hungry in the evening i drink a big glass of ice water.

I hate to run, but i want to be able to run/jog. I have a Gym down the road from me that i might start going to then i get out of school.

My Goal weight is 180-190 and to have a flat chess, and a 6 pack abs..

Not to mition that my butt needs to get slim also

Any anyone give my suggestions on what to do to each my goal?
 
Stuff yourself with:

- cheese
- tuna
- mackrel
- coldcuts; turkey, beef
- eggs including scotch eggs
- sausages; leaner = better
- lots of water; your piss should be clear and you should be pissing all the time. No dark green piss
- bread with the big ass grains in it

Go and buy this stuff NOW. It is a bit expensive but hopefully less addictive so save on that front.

The more of this kinda stuff you can eat, the less thoughts of food come into my head I find.

Trying to eat hardly anything and having the bulk of diet as carbs, i.e. Crisps is ultra hardcore; as soon as you eat anything you want more. You can do it (and I expect you are) but carbs are addictive, generally the sweeter something is the more you want. If you eat something like a can of tuna, or 2 or 3, whatever it takes - literally straight from the can you should find yourself full up.

However, eat a chocolate bar and personally I eat more until I puke (chocolate is my nemesis). Stuff like cake is less extreme but still there. Some effect from stuff like pasta and bread but with the will power you're managing right now that should be easy.

Cutting the fizzy drinks is good as they are the baddest thing you can have:
- often made with ionised water; sucks everything outta your body
- nothing in them beside stuff that makes you fat
Get into water. I'm gonna try watering down some fruit juice as right now I'm trying to gain weight.

It's only really down to determination imho.

If you are serious about your health I suggest you look for a QUALIFIED personal trainer and/or a nutritionist, or a very knowledgeable friend who lifts weights and lives a healthy lifestyle. JP wrote a nice article on how to find the right personal trainer.
