Ok i am 15 years old and 3 weeks ago i weighed 185. I started running and i lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks, and now i have been going to the gym and i have been gaining weight, which i am hoping is muscle weight. Anyway, i want to lose my stomach and chest fat but at the same time i am trying to get stronger/defined. What should i be doing? Should i be eating a lot of protein or stick with eating healthy to lose the weight? Thanks for the help 
I usually start off at the gym with 15-20 minutes of olyptical. Then do our chest/arms/back/shoulder workout whatever day it is. And always drink a protein shake afterwards.
