Help please :d

Relatively fit, but want to build up more. Going to essentially put up what I'm currently doing so you can guys can comment/help me out :D

I start every morning with bran flakes and a banana. I usually don't snack but if I do I have an activia yoghurt. Lunch varies from boiled eggs to tuna straight from the can/sardines on toast. Tea is generally a weight watchers meal/soup/whatever Mum is cooking.

Exercise

I'm in the gym everyday. I do at least 45-1 hours cardio a day, and I'm on weights machines everyday also. I do free weights 3 times a week, mixing up my routines to keep it interesting. I supplement with 1 whey protein shake with water before and during exercise, and 1 whey protein with milk before I go to bed. I need to know if I'm training too much/not enough/if I'm eating correctly/and tips to help me out :)

I'm looking to get muscly so I'm toning up and building muscle whilst using cardio to lower my body fat percentage.

Is there anything I am missing?
