Help needed

Hi! About a half-year ago my weight was 75kg and body fat 12,8%. Then i made a mistake in my training plan to get off weight quickly, so now my weight is about 70-71kg but my body fat is near 14-15%, which isn´t so good. I realize now sadly that there was no need to get off that weight because i am a soccer player and i need that mass. I want to get back in that body fat percent while gaining weight. Is that possible that I just lost muscle mass and got more fat?but the numbers on the scale remain the same at the muscle area. I will glady hear your opinions about that problem and hope someone would offer solutions. I'm thinking that now i should go more to the gym and also eat more(healthy). Sorry if anyone didn't understand my english.
