Hi!

I have to lose weight but I'm having some problems. My fitness is very poor so I can't run and do much of an exercise. A friend of mine recommended me Lipovon as a way of getting the weight down. Has anyone else tried it and if yes any observations on the effect.

Thanks
ladydaisy

I certainly would not suggest it! This is just another weight loss scam. I wasn't even impressed with their website, seemed very amature to me. Come on guys, step it up a notch, lol!! I was particularly not impressed with this big bold statement on their homepage...

"You do not have to starve, with LIPOVON you simply do not need to eat!"

WOW...seriously disturbing! AND THEN on another tab on their site it says not to miss meals...so they are counterdicting themselves even. Hun, we're here to help people lose weight and keep it off! You don't need "magic pills" you need a lifestyle change. Eat less/move more! If your interested in losing weight in a healthy manner, we're here for you!

Yeah, why not just take baby steps. Work on improving your food choices. This will automatically help you minimize energy dense foods and control calories. You can also start very conservative exercise such as brief walks.

As your weight comes down and your fitness improves, your capacity will also improve.

Don't look for the easy fix. There's no such thing.

Walking is the perfect exercise to start with. I started with walking and just recently began running daily. Slow and steady wins the race. If you want to lose weight for good and be happy and healthy, you have to do it the right way. No pill can do that for you.

You can do this! We're here to help! I suggest you start a diary like many of use have. Gives you a chance to get help and support from other people who are fighting the same battles as you are.

Let me share my experience with Lipovon. I've been taking it for two weeks now and I've lost almost 4 kilograms which is very impressive. And it actually suppresses appetite.

I'm a Certified Health Coach. I lost weight by not going on a "diet". You can lose with a diet, but once you've lost, you haven't changed your lifestyle and regain the weight. With an exercise program you lose, but regain if you stop. Pills, what can I say. You may lose, but again you haven't changed your lifestyle and will regain the weight. And at what cost to your health?

I lost 32 lbs in 2 1/2 months. I learned how to eat a healthy diet, I eat 6 times a day, drink water and slowly incorporated exercise. My health issues are gone, I have a lot of energy and I feel fabulous. The goal should be to have a healthy lifestyle for life. Not a "diet". It's easier than you'd think.

Definitely just start walking! I have lost 140 pounds so far, and it all started with walking! Eating better combined with walking gave me a huge jumpstart, which eventually enabled me to do things I couldn't have ever dreamed of doing before!

When I ran my first mile, I started to cry - mostly from the pain. Kidding, lol. I was so happy that I finally did it, knowing that it started with me aching just from walking.

As everyone said, just eat right, and exercise, it's so simple you'll see after a while. The key is just to not get discouraged, and accept that you won't see instant result. But in a few weeks/months you'll start to see result, and hopefuly that will help you stay focus and motivated.

Good luck !

to get your fitness level up start slowly. If you go full on immediately you will be sore for the next couple of days and this can lead to discouragement. Start off walking and gradually increase the level of exercise. Also be around people with the like minded goals.

I have to agree with Kiramon on this one.

I also have been losing weight by walking. I have lost 27 lbs by walking around three miles a day. Of course I am also being more careful about the types of foods and the quantities that I eat. Just keep pushing on and soon enough you will start to see good results. Don't give up because you will love what you see in the mirror one day.

I was recently forced out of the military due to serious injuries to my legs and back. I am now unable to run due to the pain. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining, I just wanted to let you know that I lost this weight in spite of these injuries. The key for me was to stick to a diet program and what ever exercise I could do. Some days it was walking and other days I rode a stationary bike.

Just remember to do what you can and keep pushing through til you get the results you are looking for.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey, Ladydaisy

Listen to people here and don't take it. My philosophy is, if you don't NEED it, don't TAKE it. It's so incredibly simple to lose weight, it all comes down to how much you want it.

Do easy things such as....

1) Remove juices and empty calories from beverages.

Drink COLD water only, not only does water have 0 calories but the cold water causes a thermic effect causes your body to warm up which requires calories.

2) Eat a good quality protein sources upon waking up

3) Don't say you can't do exercise, ANYONE can. Just because you're not active, doesn't mean you can't do it right? Even if you walk at a faster speed than casual walking, that would be great exercise (such as Donager44 did)

4) Remove the junk, eat a small reward meal every 3-5 days but plan it.

AND FINALLY!
5) Track your results, it will be great motivation if you're losing it..it will be great visual proof and if you're not losing, make some small changes :)

GOOD LUCK!

Hi Daisy, i've got very low metabolism...and i took Lipovon too, lost 8lbs first month. Wish you good luck with losing weight

Daily exercise and low calorie intake is the only way - Exercising every day gets boring, 3-4 times a week is the best - just daily walks or a sport if possible, Badminton, Golf, Walking.

For me eliminating alcohol was the best way to see a steady weight loss - but reducing alcohol and sugar intake and increasing water will see you on the right road.

Try and skip the pills if you can.

Good Luck

Exercises id very good way to lose weight, but no every man have enough time to do it. I didn't take this product Lipovon, but sometimes the only way is taking things like this.

Nonsense.

This is also pure non-sense, maybe your body will ''burn'' 5 more calorie that way, we could say that blinking your eye more or rolling your tongue in your mouth will burn 5 calorie. People saying you should eat this type of food because it take more calorie to digest or drink cold water because of the energy spent to re-heat the body, this is so minimal and obselete and overall miss-information.

Cold water will burn off more calories - but as already pointed by Asylum out it will not do a lot. To get more of a metabolic reaction from water drink either warm or use with caffeine free tea.

Exercise can be fun - bedtime - you can burn off a lot of calories with your partner!!

To increase your metabolism. That is the reason. Once that is on a steady schedule then you can start to incorporate working out.
