Help, need help loosing just a bit of fat over my bottom abs

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I play hockey, I got a six pack when I flex, but when I'm not you really can't see much. I thought this is a good place to post some questions.

My abs are already 'sculpted' I can easily feel the definition when flexing. Now I need to loose about 1/2 of an inch off my stomach, so you can see the abs (when im on the beach ;-)), so I don't have to walk around flexing.

I do not want to change what I eat, I'm 14 and I'd say I have high metabolism but I've always had that little bit of fat. I never eat fast food except subway, I'm quiting drinking pop this week (except on special occasions), so I'd say that's enough.

I think running would do it, and I can do it everyday now that schools out.

But how much should I do each day, etc. how long would it take?
