Help Me!!!!

Hi everyone,
I need some advice. I've been going to the gym for a little over 2 months now (at least 3 to 4 times a week). My main goal is to lose 15 pounds, I'm 24 years old 5'4" and 140 pounds. My body fat % is 27%. Most of my fat is concentrated around my stomach and my thighs. How much cardio and strength training should I be doing in order to get down to 125 pounds and 20% body fat?
I would like to get to this goal by January.

Thanks :D

If it were me I would work out 6 days a week with 1 day rest. Alternate all exercises so that you can recover while doing this. Get in as much training as you can for that signifigant fat loss. Also, you better have a kick butt diet for that kind of training.

Realistically, try to get in 2-3 days of weight-lifting and then 3-4 days of cardio. Also, to loss fat the healthy way is about .5-2 lbs of fat a week. (so 8 weeks left , say you lose 2 lbs of fat per week, 16 lbs of fat) Keep in mind that as you lift weights, your weight is going to go up and down (since muscle weighs more than fat), so I suggest that you watch your % body fat or get some girth measurements rather than just watching the scale.

What you want to do is a lifestyle change, you can't just go and workout and keep your life the exact same. Like Johnny said, you have to alter your eatting habits as well. Your goal is realistic, the only factor is on how bad you want it.
