I'm 19 years old and i am 230 lbs and I have huge sagging man breasts which are a source of extreme embarrasment for me. I have started dieting and exersizing and I have noticed a change in my face and my shoulders. I wanted to know if there are any special exersizes i can do for my chest and will dieting and exersizing eventually solve my problem. Or will I be a slim guy with huge man breasts.
