Help me please!

I'm 19 years old and i am 230 lbs and I have huge sagging man breasts which are a source of extreme embarrasment for me. I have started dieting and exersizing and I have noticed a change in my face and my shoulders. I wanted to know if there are any special exersizes i can do for my chest and will dieting and exersizing eventually solve my problem. Or will I be a slim guy with huge man breasts. :confused:
 
eventually , yes it will. You cannot reduce a certain body part, your body reduces as a whole. Keep it up, you'll get there :D
 
Like Allen said, just keep being consistent with your exercise and meal plans. Where you lose weight first is all about genetics; unfortunately, you can't control where you lose fat
