Help me lose weight!

Hello I just joined here and wanted to say hello...

A little about me... i'm 5'8" tall. i've been going up and down with my weight... when i first started exercising about 4 years ago i was all the way down to 190 pounds. But it went back up to about 230... and back down to 205... now i'm about 211 pounds...

I want to get down below 200 pounds again to start!!! hopefully i'll find new friends and useful information here to help me achieve my goals!
 
You are close to onederland already. Just start eating sensible meals, don't eat out of boredom etc. Also, try to start some cardio exercise regularly. Its really not much more complicated than that(although some will disagree).
 
You can do it! Drink water haha!
I usually eat breakfast, then 2 hours later a snack, then lunch, 2 hours later a snack, then dinner, blah blah.
This keeps me up and running all day, and the snacks are always healthy so erally its not that bad! Then just work your butt off the rest of the day!
