Help me, I'm lost

Hello, I have a BMR of 2035.89 at the age of 16. Is this bad? Im so lost when it comes to calories or whatever.

Also, How would i lose weight at such young age? Im clueless. I weight 193 and i want to weight 150-160!

So i'm really confused still about carbs. What are carbs doing for you and which ones are bad and good?

You dont need to worry about carbs at this point. You need to be more concerned with eating good foods instead. Obviously stay away from sugar, but other than that just eat a nice balance of proteins/fats/carbs (mostly veggies/fruits).
