Help me if I am doing something wrong here

Hi All,
Good Day....I am new to this forum. I used to read a lot on this forum as a guest visitor and I used to like it a lot. Many articles/questions/answers on this forum are very informative and encouraging.

However, I have a question for you folks to go thru and let me know if am doing anything wrong here.

I am 28, used to weigh 213 lbs. I decided to lose weight and started training 10 days ago. I am 207 lbs now. Lost 6 lbs in a week n half. I hit the gym 6 days a week and do cardio. I only do treadmill as I enjoy doing that. I do HIIT and typically it consists of a combination of warm-up walk, brisk walking, running, walking at a certain pace for sometime. I am on the treadmill for an hour every day and burn more than 500 calories. After treadmill I do strength training (3 sets of each) everyday. On Mon, Tue n Wed I do biceps, shoulders, rowing and, on Thu I don't do strength training. Fri n Sat I do chest n triceps along with rowing. I am on a diet n on Sunday I am at home n a lil bit liberal with what I consume.

Diet
On a typical day my daily intake consists of coffee (after i'm awake) and

Breakfast
1 apple n 240 ml OJ (orange juice) or cereals

Lunch
2 no's Indian Bread (made of wheat flour) n 1/2 cup rice or salad

Evening Snack
Low fat Yoplait n OJ or banana or apple

Dinner
2 no's indian bread n 1/2 cup rice

I also drink 3/4th gallon of water a day. On an average, I consume between 1500 - 1800 calories a day.

My question is, being on a weight loss program can I consume rice? Also, since I am doing cardio n strength training everyday is it advisable to do both at the same time?

PS: Sorry for the long description. I have seen on other threads where people respond asking for diet n wht kinds of training they do n blah blah blah...So gave maximum info possible.

My target weight is around 175 lbs in 9 - 12 weeks.

I'd re-evaluate your diet first and foremost. Where is your protein?
 
I do eat stuff on tht list on the page u mentioned. I also consume proteins frm chicken n sea food......Weight training schedule??

sorry to not have mentioned tht....My bad....I do eat them...

Coming back to training, i do strength training to give my body a workout so that the body stays flexible........

For Biceps n Triceps I do 50 pounds weight...3 x 12 routine each.....

Shoulder, Chest, Rowing I do 70 pounds...3 x 12 routine each....

Is this good enough??

Actually no. So you don't work out your back or legs??

Could you give us a CLEAR example of what days you do these exercises?
