Help me get slim plzsss

Well first off hi all I'm loving this forum. Read some good storeys on here so maybe you guys can help me.

My name is Paul and I am 17 years old and I weigh 103.3KG. I've always wanted to lose weight but never rely have. So any way, on Friday I'm getting a push-bike to try and help me lose weight and I also have a electric treadmill.

I'm wanting to lose a lot so I am about the right weight for my age. So how many calories do I need to burn a day and what is best to eat?

Hey Paul, I weighed the same as you when I was 17. I'm 25 now and I weigh 72KG or 160lbs.
I started eating smaller portions and cutting out fast food. I did cardio such as the treadmill, bike or walking/jogging for about an 1 1/2 a day.
You don't need to start with that much cardio at first, I would probably do 30 mins if you're brand new at this and every week do 10 mins more until you're comfortable with how much you're doing. (It's different for everyone)
I would definitely do weight training as well. If you don't have weights you can do push-ups, tri-cep push ups, beginner mountain climbers ect. You can also use a backpack with some cans in it. (That's what I did when I didn't have weights at first)

Give us some more detail about what you're doing now and what your diet is like :)
You'll be losing weight before you know it!!!
