Help me get rid of my fat gut

Hello,
My name is Del and i have a fat gut that i have never been able to shift.
I train fairly regularly, 2 to 3 time a week, both running and weights. I don't think my diet is that bad but i do not want to be counting calories on a daily basis and limiting the food i can eat, if i am hungry i want to eat!

If any body has some good advice on either great exercise to bash the gut or a good diet / food regime i would love to hear from you.

erm.... eating more fruits and drinking more water would reduce your hungry..
So you will eat less PLUS if you train few times a week.. it should be weight loss!!
 
So you refuse to stop eating when you're hungry, but you want to lose fat?

Unfortunately a caloric deficit must be in place if you're going to lose the fat. Or you can get lipo.

If your natural 'rate of hunger' puts you at maintenance or a surplus, you're not going to lose. Period.

If you maintain what you're currently eating, but up your exercise a bit, it may be enough to put you in a slight deficit. But some people are 'compensators' where they'll increase intake when they increase activity, thus resulting in more maintenance.
