Okay, I'm serious this time but I need help. I'm pretty into fitness, I like to swim and run so cardio's not a problem. Weights aren't my fav but I'll suffer through them. But I need help with my diet because I NEED pretty abs
So, I have a tendency to not really eat too often just because I don't realize I need to, so can someone tell me what to eat and how often? This could be hard.... I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat eggs but do eat dairy. I love fruits, grains, and most vegetables. Not tomatoes or peppers... or onion. And I'm addicted to natural PB. So please, give me all the advice I can get! I need to lose like 20 pounds of fat and then tone, tone, tone!!
