Help me fine tune my workout plan

Hello!

I am doing a lot of things and I want to get my week in order. I am a beginner at yoga and I like to do yoga in class with someone to supervise, but my gym only has yoga evenings MWF. I'd like to go at least 2x a week. I am also training for my first 5k (in June) and I'm doing Couch to 5k for the next several weeks leading up to it so running 3x a week is the plan. I take boxing lessons twice a week Tues and Thurs early evenings. I also go to the gym to hit my weak areas (abs/lower body exercises) and do some light lifting. I would like to do this 2x a week. I should probably have a rest day in there somewhere. I suck at being regimented, but by July, I want to be at a certain place body wise. Flat tummy, toned arms/legs, tight, lifted butt, and 8lbs lighter at least. I work during the day Mon-Thurs and my long days are Mon/Wed. I'm also working on my diet, but I want to get my workout schedule in order. How does this look? My boxing days are fixed because that's when I can go. Yoga class is only on MWFs. Beyond that, things can be shifted around.

Mon (run in morning), yoga in evening
Tue (Boxing)
Wed (run in morning) yoga in evening
Thur (Boxing)
Fri (run in morning), gym-lower body focus in the evening
Sat rest
Sun (gym-lower body focus)
 
For your goals, the only suggestion that I would make would be to do a full body workout, rather than just lower-body.
