Help losing face fat and getting toned??

Hi, I'm not sure if this was the right section to post this topic on.. but anyway, I would like to get rid of fat from my face. I am thin but my cheeks are chubby and I hate it and I want a more gaunt and sculpted looking face. So how can I get rid of the fat from my face? Would I have to lose weight overall to make my face thinner, and would I have to lose an extreme amount of weight so that I can lose fat from my face? Because I don't believe people really lose weight from their face first when they are trying to lose weight. Also, I would like to get toned all over, and get rid of some fat from specific areas on my body.. like my arms, and my stomach. They don't have a lot of fat but I would still like to get rid of it and just make my whole body more toned overall. I work out at the gym but it doesn't really seem to do much. I try to eat healthy but it's so hard since I don't know exactly what kind of food I should eat and I just end up giving up and eating junk food and stuff again. :( I really want to become fit and more toned but it just seems like it's impossible and I don't know where to start. Advice would be greatly appreciated! :)
 
hey all i can think of is fluid retention, drink 2-3litres of water a day and eat foods that are natural diuretics such as asparagus, brussel sprouts, cabbage, lettuce, fennel and green or dandelion tea.
I bet introducing these alone, along with avoiding salt and sugar will make a difference. If you are a little overweight, losing it will help as well, the first place i notice weight loss is in my face! so its worth a try. Genetics play a part too in ones face shape. Give it a go and let us know what happens!
 
Odds are you will have to lose fat from all over in order to lose fat off your face. That's generally the way these things work. How much is required is entirely individual.
 
Well, if you don’t know then you have to know that losing facial fat and chubby cheeks requires that you modify your overall lifestyle.

You will need to engage in regular exercise and maintain a well-balanced diet because you cannot specifically target weight loss to your face and cheeks.

However, losing weight all around will help you lose facial fat and chubby cheeks. Following weight loss, you can engage in facial exercises and yoga to help tone and nurture a more defined face.

Please read all of my suggestions with care:

• Make an appointment with your doctor, who should determine if you are healthy enough to participate in exercise prior to beginning any weight loss program. Your doctor can also offer you advice on what a healthy weight is for you and how you can go about safely achieving your goal.

• Participate in regular exercise. I recommend that any healthy adults should participate in cardiovascular exercise 30 minutes per day, five days per week. Exercise should be moderately intense, meaning you should break a sweat and notice a spike in your heart rate. Cardiovascular exercise can include jogging, brisk walking, playing sports, swimming, cycling, and aerobics, gardening and dancing.

• Eat healthy and watch your calories. A pound of fat contains 3,500 calories, so if you cut 500 calories from your daily diet, you can lose 1 lb. per week. Cutting calories can be as simple as reducing your soda intake or skipping dessert. Your diet should be packed with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and you should also eat lean meats, whole grains and low-fat dairy. Carbohydrates and protein are necessary for energy and muscle recovery as you strive to lose weight.

• Perform facial exercises and yoga daily. Facial exercises and yoga are designed to help tone the muscles of your face, chin, cheeks and neck. Set aside 20 minutes per day for facial toning.

• Eat breakfast every day. Eating breakfast can help kick-start your metabolism for the day, which makes it easier for you to burn calories while going about your daily activities.

Keep in mind that it would take certain amount of time to get your desired result. So don’t dishearten initially if you don’t get any result. Just keep up all of your hard works.
