Hi, I'm not sure if this was the right section to post this topic on.. but anyway, I would like to get rid of fat from my face. I am thin but my cheeks are chubby and I hate it and I want a more gaunt and sculpted looking face. So how can I get rid of the fat from my face? Would I have to lose weight overall to make my face thinner, and would I have to lose an extreme amount of weight so that I can lose fat from my face? Because I don't believe people really lose weight from their face first when they are trying to lose weight. Also, I would like to get toned all over, and get rid of some fat from specific areas on my body.. like my arms, and my stomach. They don't have a lot of fat but I would still like to get rid of it and just make my whole body more toned overall. I work out at the gym but it doesn't really seem to do much. I try to eat healthy but it's so hard since I don't know exactly what kind of food I should eat and I just end up giving up and eating junk food and stuff again.
I really want to become fit and more toned but it just seems like it's impossible and I don't know where to start. Advice would be greatly appreciated!
