i want to get cut. mostly midsection and arms. only thing is i am skinny at the moment. my arms are not cut now and my stomach is flat, i want more definition in my arms and my abs to show. but like i said i am very skinny, and if i keep running i dont want to loose that much more weight. i am also not that big on lifting. i use to lift a lot and now i only lift once or twice a week and am a lot more into running and biking. and also if anything, i at least want my body to be healthy, so running and biking mean a lot to me. i am also not aiming for ridiculous goal, i just want my arms to be more defined and my abs coming out a little bit.
