its by choice for my calorie.

2 be honest i just get the info of the backs of the packs for instant chicken if it says the calories for one piece i kinda take there word for it the cheerios i buy in the little boxes and things like veg i measure by cup and then found out calorie content of a cup full online (okay so maybe not the best way to go about it lol)

Nah it's all good. It's a learning process really. Hell, I used to do the same thing, girl. haha! As for the calories, it just seemed a bit too low for a 200 lb female. Maybe you should purchase a food scale (they're cheap), measuring spoons and cups... and try figuring out a few days worth of calories. It's not bad if you're miscalculating it by a couple hundred calories or so... HOWEVER, if you're just "eyeballing" everything... hell, you could be like a 1,000 calories off. (Yup.. I've done that too..LOL) Plain and simple, you want to go for a calorie deficit: calories in, calories out type of deal.

heya i will defintly get some scales and work out my food properly now thanx for the advise and i will add some more calories and see if i notice any diffrence hey no harm in trying lol anyways thanx again and good luck in the future :)

Hey!! It might be good to start a new activity that you think is fun. Of course an active activity (like dance, ice skating, swimming, yoga, karate) would be the best, but even a new hobby like knitting, photography, painting, etc. would at least keep your mind off of food, and you can go to it when you get cravings.

I know I like to go out drinking and that is like CALORIE OVERLOAD, so going to the gym, reading and writing (and doing tons of homework ;/ ) really keeps me on track so I only go out once a week or every two weeks.
What do you like to do for fun?
