Hi, I'm new here and need some help.
I have been exercising for the past 2 months trying to tone up. My husband has commented that my butt looks smaller. I have noticed that since I started excerising I'm getting a "double-butt" just like a "double chin, but on my rear why is this happening? What can I do to not have a misshapen rear? I'm not even a heavy person. I'm 5'4 and 130lbs.
Is this because my body hasn't caught up yet with the excerise? Should I just continue what I'm doing and hope the double butt goes away?
