Help! How Do I Get My Profile Picture

I've uploaded a picture but when I post the picture doesn't appear to left of my name - can someone tell me what I'm missing?

The profile picture only appears in your profile. The picture that comes up next to your name is your avatar. So all you have to do is go to the edit options and put the picture in as your avatar instead of/as well as your profile pic. I, for example, have used the same pic for both.

Thanks, 1000Monkeys. I'm new to this techie stuff, if you can't tell. I did manage to get a ticker going (though it took me about an hour to "design" it and figure out where to cut/paste the URL).

Keep it a secret, but I'm not so hot with the tech stuff either! I went around with my pic in my signature for a while until I figured out it was the avatar :doh:
