FIrst of all by expert i dont mean really an expert. I just mean someone with enough experience to help me.
So i am 17 years old, i weigh 185 and i am 5,10. Today is july 19 (20th). I want to lose 20 pounds by August 20th, if not that then 15. I know if i am 170 by August 20th i will have enough motivation to reach my goal: 155 pounds.
I actually used to be 195, but somehow i got it down. I have been going to the gym at least 4 times a week scince june 16.
So my question is: Can someone tell me exactly what to do in order for me to lose 15-20 pounds in 1 month. What exercises i should be doing at the gym? Should i lift or aerobics or both? If any of those, which ones should i focus on?
With food i am not bad, i rarley spoil myself. I usually eat healthy food, meaning grilled chicken/fish/meat and salad for dinner. Bowl of Fiber One for breakfeast with milk. And just a healthy snack/meal for lunch. So food isnt a problem.
