Help: Arms Training

HEY GUYS,

I HAVE A REALLY IMPORTANT QUESTION FOR TRAINING...

I RECENTLY HAVE STEPPED UP MY TRAINING TO 5 DAYS A WEEK, AND STARTING TO TRAIN REALLY HARD....

I'VE NOTICED A LOT OF GAIN EVERYWHERE ON MY BODY EXCEPT FOR MY ARMS, AND I DONT GET WHY:

MY ROUTINE FOR ARMS:

MONDAY--- BICEPS/ TRICEPS: STANDING AND SEATED BICEP CURLS + DUMBELLS FOR BI'S
PUSHDOWN, SEATED BACK HAND CURLS, AND ANOTHER WORKOUT FOR TRI'S

THEN NEXT DAY IS FRIDAY:

FRIDAY-- I DO SHOULDERS, AND THEN 2 SETS OF BICEPS WITH DUMBELLS...

TUES- CHEST/ HAMS
WED- BACK/ CALVES
THURS- REST
SAT- CHEST

I am not noticing a lot of growth on my arms.... Im drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day, eating healthy, a lot of chicken, and overall a good diet....

The days after my arms training, they are sore... I know Im working them hard, but they arent growing...

PLEASE I NEED HELP, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM DOING WRONG......

Smaller muscles grow slower because well, they are smaller. Seeing an inch on your bicep is going to take hard work (probably a few months). But adding an inch to your legs will be alot quicker. The compound exercises is what gets you bigger like Squatting, Deadlifting, Benching, Pressing. Isolations exercises are used to target specific muscle groups.

Muscles take time to grow. Make sure your getting the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat in your day. Most of the time its not your training that your mistaking, its your diet.

Start keeping a food journal and track everything you eat. Get protein after you workout and before you workout. Muscles get bigger when they get proper rest and recover. Don't overtrain (shouldn't be sore the next day) and get proper rest.

Smaller muscles also need LESS work to grow. It looks like you're overtraining your arms.

I saw the best growth in my arms when I did nothing but pull ups, deadlifts, rows, and bench press, with just 1 or 2 sets of EITHER a curling move OR a tricep isolation thrown in at the end of my routine.
