Help! 29 Year old mother of 3 (185 lbs)

Please help, any advise would be great! I am 29 years old, a mother of three, that of course have tons of energy, I am only 5ft tall and weigh in at 185 lbs. I gained the majority of my weight on birth control pills over the years and cannot find a good way to lose it! I live on a very tight budget, so eating those fancy weight watcher mails, doesn't hold up and I just need some guidance! :cry:

I don't recall weight watchers having fancy expensive meals. :) Losing weight doesn't have to be hard or expensive.

I'd suggest that you start by reading all the stiky threads in the various parts of the board. There is excellent information about nutrition and exercise in those threads that will help you to get started.

Also I'd suggest registering with one of the free sites like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and logging the food you eat - at least for a week. For a lot of people just seeing exactly what they eat every day can be a real eyeopener! :)
