Hello everyone! :)
My name is Kate, I have decided to lose weight, at least 20 kilos. I have been reading your posts for 1 month. Now it’s my turn J. It is high time I changed myself. Tomorrow is my birthday. I am thinking of the intragastric balloon implantation because I love eating and I eat a lot when I am stressed ;/
I am 30, BMI – 36.

I responded to your balloon post, so I won't go into that here. :) Tell us more about your regular life - what do you eat and do you exercise at all ... there are a lot of us who can give advice and help you out if we have more information! :)
