Helloooooo everyone!

Hey guys,

I'm Cindy, 25, from Australia. I always have health and fitness questions so I thought it's about time I join a forum!

A bit about myself....I'm a martial arts fanatic. I study Ninjutsu and Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut. I love sparring, combat tactics, and hard tough training. Martial arts is all I know, so I'm pretty new to the world of fitness and weight training. In order to get fitter and stronger, I've been taking personal training classes since last October.
