I am a hair stylist, so i have a somewhat active daily life as far as always standing up and walking around throughout the day...
Let's see I started the new year at 235, and I weighed myself this morning (after breakfast I might add) an I was 225...yay I wasn't into sports too much but I started roller derby in february but I've been out for 3 weeks for a knee injury but I'm going back to it, probably startin at 1 practice a week and get my way back up to the 3 when I feel fully stable on my knee ( I sprained a ligament, possible medial meniscus tear but it seems that wasn't what happened) anyways so I can't so derby right at this moment so I'm feeling up a plan or idea to keep up with it, while I'm out ...any ideas my problem areas are upper leg, lower stomach/back area, and upper arms and shoulders I'd like to get to 190 by the middle end of summer, and to get to my goal weight of 120-130 by the 2011 summer..I'm trying to improve my diet, and I read about protien supplements like the synthe-6. I have an exercise rubber band that I have for my knee workouts, and just bought a large 65mm ball, and mat for core stuff, any other ideas I know I need cardio but running isn't an option on my knee ATM, and I can't get to a pool of water for swimming? Im looking out for elipticals to purchase on craigslist. Any other ideas for cardio till I'm back to the derby cause whew I get lots of cardio that way. So my short term goal is 215 by may 26th, (random date of a concert hah) Thanks for reading my long post...
