Hello

Hello everyone!

I've been on the weight loss forum for about a month and have recieved a lot of great information on losing weight. I figured I'd check this forum out to see if I can get into some workouts I really enjoy. I've struggled with running for a few weeks, but it just seems like such a chore to me. Hoping to find some great ideas and encouragement here!

I have to say that I have really enjoyed the exercises that I have learned from this site as well. I am really enjoying exercising more now then I ever did. It is truly making my weight loss fun!
