I'm 27..160cm for 127 lbs..been going to the gym for over a year (spin body pump) but I need more and I would like to seek advices..
I also love to run..I'm trying few times a week.not less than 3.1 and to 6nm

Today I broke my record...6miles in 56minutes;)

Hi, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Since I am building lean muscle I will not run 6 miles. I focus on high intensity interval training and 5 to 6 small nutritous meals. I focus on a workout time of 40 to 60 mins.
However, like I said it depends on your fitness goals. It sounds as though you are someone who runs marathons and do cycling.
