Hello.

Hello, I'm still kind of new to the whole fitness scene as I've hated working out and/or dieting correctly my entire life.

However, I'm taking strides to get in shape no matter how much I hate exercising and "fixing" my diet because I want to be a good influence for my children. I don't want them to have to go through everything I have and attempt to teach them to live fulfilling lives eager for exercise and a proper diet (something I didn't grow up with).

That being said, a little over a year ago (February 2010) I began my journey to get in shape. I started topped out at 365lbs, feeling miserable and pathetic, questioning how I'd gotten so bad, so fast (I was 23 at the time). Over the past year or so I've adjusted my diet and started working out (started with Power90 and transitioned in P90X) and I'm currently sitting at 307. I'm 6'2".

I'm joining these forums in hopes of getting advice on how I can continue to drop the weight and work towards no longer being obese. So, I imagine you'll see me quite a bit on the Weight-loss forum.
