Hello!

Hi there!

I've recently started working my way into getting back into shape and I thought it would probably help with my motivation and such if I joined a forum where I could discuss things with people, see progress others are making, etc. So, here I am.

I'm an eighteen year old male from Palatka, Florida. I haven't really done much as far as fitness is concerned in the last few years. I used to study martial arts locally but the family I was learning from moved away so I had to discontinue that and I just let myself slip out of shape.

I'm actually underweight at the moment being about 5'7 (170cm) and 115 pounds (52kg). At the moment I'm just trying to get back into shape and maybe put on a few pounds of muscle. I don't really have the desire to have large muscles or anything like that, I would just like to be functionally fit.

Well, I suppose that is about it!
