Hey guys. I came here to ask about stretching. I work in an ofice job and my body tends to be motionless for most of the day and lately I've noticed my muscles tend to tense up a bit, especially after commuting. I'm thinking a lack of stretching in the morning is all I need to relieve most of this pain, but I'm not sure the best stretching I should do. I try to stretch my calf, thighs, and other muscles in my legs and arms but I still sometimes find myself strained easily if I walk.
