Hello

Hello everyone. I am 30yrs old 6'4 and 280lbs. I have been weight training off and on for the past few years but never stuck with it for more than 6 months at a time. I have been at it for the last 4 months and have lost almost 40lbs (I was 320lbs) and 3" off of my waist. I am going through some major life changing events right now and have decided to use this as an opprotunity to step up my fitness program. My goal is to loose another 40lbs. I am ma smoker so cardio has been hard, but I have set a quit date next week and am going to start focusing more on cardio and endurance training. I have found a wealth of knowledge on this forum and am sure that it will be a valuable tool in helping me start my new life off on the right foot.
