Hi, I'm new to the board.
I just joined my local gym after dabbling in all sorts of exercise over the years. I decided now was the time to do it.
I'm having trouble getting much info about how often I should be going and what classes I should be doing. I know it depends on what my goals are but I'm hoping to learn quite a bit in here to help me on my way
I'm going to go and search the forums now and see if I can find what I'm looking for.
