Hello i'm new to the forums and i'm looking foward to reading alot of useful information. I, however had a question to start off with so here goes.
I'm a 38 year old Firefighter, 6'2'' - 200lbs. I workout every other day (weights and cardio). My only issue is my decrepid back! It's tough for me to work my abs because of having a bad lower back. If anyone would have any sugestions on a great ab workout that will spare the lower back at the same time i'd defenatlly apreciate it.
